Research Background

IGF-1 LR3 is a recombinant analogue of IGF-1 with an arginine substitution and N-terminal extension that reduces IGFBP binding, extending half-life in vitro. Widely used in cell culture research for studies of cell proliferation, differentiation, and IGF-1 receptor signalling.
