Ordering & Eligibility

Who can purchase from BodyPEPs?

Our products are available exclusively to qualified researchers, scientists, laboratory professionals, and institutions purchasing for legitimate in vitro research purposes. By placing an order you confirm you meet this criteria. We reserve the right to refuse any order where we have reason to believe products will not be used for legitimate research.

Do I need to prove I am a researcher?

We may request institutional affiliation or research context for larger orders. For standard orders, your acceptance of our Research Use Policy at checkout constitutes your declaration of eligibility.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are legal to purchase and possess in their jurisdiction.

What purity are your peptides?

All compounds are verified at greater than 99% purity by HPLC analysis (98% for certain complex peptide analogues). Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

Can I get a Certificate of Analysis?

Yes. Email research@bodypeps.com with your order number and the compound you require COA documentation for.

How should I store the peptides?

Lyophilised peptides should be stored at 2-8°C (standard refrigerator), protected from light and moisture. Do not freeze lyophilised peptides repeatedly. See our Knowledge Hub for compound-specific guidance.

What is the shelf life?

Most lyophilised compounds are stable for 12-24 months from manufacture when stored correctly. Batch-specific expiry information is available on the vial label and COA.

Payments & Orders

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer (BACS) as our primary payment method. Bank details are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed on receipt of cleared funds. We also accept cryptocurrency payments - please contact us for details.

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with Royal Mail tracking information.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or reconstituted products. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement.

Shipping

How do you ship?

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked, signed for, next-day delivery target). UK shipping is £5.99. Free shipping on orders over £150.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain outer packaging with no reference to BodyPEPs or the contents on the exterior. Your privacy is important to us.

Do you ship temperature-sensitive compounds?

Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the short duration of transit. We include appropriate insulation for temperature-sensitive items during warmer months.

Research Support

Can you advise on research protocols?

We can provide general reference information and point you to published literature. We are not able to provide personalised research protocol advice. Our Knowledge Hub contains reference material for all compounds in our catalogue.

Do you have an AI research assistant?

We are developing an AI-powered research assistant tool. In the meantime, our team is available via email for research literature queries.
