Research Use Policy

This policy sets out BodyPEPs' position on the sale and permitted use of all products in our catalogue.

Absolute Research-Only Restriction

Every product sold by BodyPEPs is classified as a research chemical and is sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research use. This means:

• Products must not be administered to humans or animals
• Products are not pharmaceutical products and have not been approved by the MHRA or any regulatory authority for human use
• Products must not be used for therapeutic, diagnostic, preventive, or clinical purposes
• Products must not be resold for human consumption purposes

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from BodyPEPs you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional aged 18 or over
• You are purchasing for legitimate in vitro research purposes
• You will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with good laboratory practice
• You are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase and possession of research chemicals
• You take full personal and legal responsibility for any use of products purchased from us

Our Right to Refuse

BodyPEPs reserves the right to refuse any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe that products will not be used for legitimate research purposes. We maintain records of all sales and will cooperate fully with any lawful authority enquiry.

If you become aware of misuse of BodyPEPs products, please report this to compliance@bodypeps.com.
