Research Background

CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a GHRH analogue in which the DAC moiety binds covalently to plasma albumin, extending half-life relative to the no-DAC variant. It has been used in preclinical studies of sustained GHRH receptor activation.
