When you place an order or contact us we collect: name, email address, delivery address, and order information. We do not store payment information - orders are processed via bank transfer and we retain only the reference information necessary for order fulfilment.

To process and fulfil your orders. To communicate with you about your order. To comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
3. Communications
Customer communications are handled via ProtonMail, an end-to-end encrypted email service, to protect your privacy. We will only contact you in relation to your order or in response to your enquiries unless you have opted into marketing communications.

Order data is retained for 7 years in compliance with UK tax and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to this legal retention requirement.
