Shipping Policy

UK Shipping Only

BodyPEPs currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Courier

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - tracked, insured, and requiring a signature on delivery. This ensures secure chain-of-custody for all research compound shipments.

Shipping Costs

• Standard (Royal Mail Special Delivery): £5.99
• Free shipping on orders over £150

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are targeted for next-business-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no reference to BodyPEPs or the contents on the exterior of the package. Inner packaging is appropriate for the safe transport of laboratory compounds.

Tracking

A Royal Mail tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch. You can track your order at royalmail.com.

Non-Delivery & Loss

In the unlikely event of non-delivery, contact us at orders@bodypeps.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will liaise with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement if confirmed lost.
