1. Company & Scope

These Terms govern your use of bodypeps.com and any purchase of products from BodyPEPs Ltd ("BodyPEPs", "we", "us"). By accessing our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Research Use Only - Absolute Restriction

ALL products sold by BodyPEPs are exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes. They are NOT intended for, approved for, or to be used for human consumption, animal consumption, therapeutic application, diagnostic application, or clinical use of any kind. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Any purchase constitutes your binding acknowledgement of this restriction.

3. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over. You must be a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional, or be purchasing on behalf of a research institution. You confirm that the products will be used only for legitimate research purposes in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are in GBP. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (BACS). Orders are processed on receipt of cleared funds. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Risk passes to you on dispatch. You are responsible for ensuring products are legal to purchase and receive in your location.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns of research compounds. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or are incorrectly supplied - notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

BodyPEPs accepts no liability whatsoever for any harm, loss, or damage arising from misuse of our products, including but not limited to use for human consumption, self-administration, or any use outside the stated research-only purpose. The buyer assumes all liability associated with their use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of BodyPEPs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
