Sterile technique
Always use a clean workspace with sterile gloves and alcohol swabs. Disinfect vial tops before needle insertion.
Reconstitution
Add water slowly down the vial wall at a 45° angle. Swirl gently to dissolve, never shake the vial.
Storage
Store reconstituted solutions at 2-8°C. Use within 28 days or aliquot and freeze at -20°C for longer storage.
